Also I wear glasses and I am blind as a bat without them can I take them off once I have the hospital clothes on etc and in the bed?

Just go with a bare face. You’re not going to impress anyone there, unless the doctors cute. Which is probably unlikely. And you can still have your glasses on! They will only need you to take them off once you’re entering the surgery room. But i’m not sure whether you can wear glasses on top of your "new" nose, while its still recovering. Ask the doctor about that one.
And make sure that you have a good doctor, and know that you definitely want this nose job. Don’t make your nose like michael jacksons, no offence (i love MJ!)

You will not be allowed to have make up on when you go into hospital. If you do they will make you take it off. Once you are in and settled of course you will be able to wear your glasses but not when you go for the procedure.

Your info leaflets will tell you that you need to remove make up, nail polish etc before going to the hospital
I had surgery last week and removed nail polish beforehand, don’t wear any make up
and don’t waste their time by wearing it and then wanting to remove it when you get there
You’ll be able to keep your specs on until you go to theatre, that’s not a problem as sometimes you are hanging around and want to read a book or a magazine
Remove all jewellery, piercings too, as they’ll only take it from you and you don’t want to risk jewellery going missing

Why don’t you just not wear make up, no confusion then over if you can take it off or not.

I suggest nose magic, the japanese device from nosemagic.com

its a great product and im using it as well they have great customer support and after sales service. It really helped me alot.

also, you can try other alternatives such as fillers… though it only lasts for 3 months.

I really dont recommend surgery as one of my friend died and the diagnosis was MALIGNANT HYPERTHERMIA RELATED TO SEVOFLURANE. i really dont know about it but i can never forget the diagnosis.

thanks hope it helped.
